The Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv and Chamber Music Center – Israel Conservatory of Music are proud to announce the Israeli debut and tour of Arcadia Quartet, 26, 28 and 29 June, 2013.

Each of the four musicians of the Arcadia Quartet:  Ana Török (b. 1984, Baia Mare) violin, Răsvan Dumitru (b. 1984, Braşov) violin, Traian Boală (b. 1978, Constanţa) viola, Zsolt Török (n. 1984, Cluj-Napoca) violoncello has a distinct artistic profile. Coming from different schools and backgrounds and having impressive personal portfolios of achievements, they bring along the variety of their individual artistic experience, harmonized and polished under the auspices of the music school of Cluj. Some of the Quartet’s most important achievements consist in winning the 1st Prize at the prestigious Wigmore Hall London International String Quartet Competition 2012, the Esterházy Foundation Prize and the Beethoven Prize. The Chamber Music Center has been operating under the aegis of The "Ted and Lin Arison" Israel Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv since 1988, presenting various series of chamber music concerts and recitals for both subscribers and occasional listeners. Over the last decade, the Center has established itself as one of the most significant music institutions in Israel. With its ongoing activity, the Chamber Music Center is a high-standard cultural institute that serves as a paragon in its field and enjoys critical acclaim.
