U.S. Embassy Launches Visa Awareness Campaign

TEL AVIV – The U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv launched its “You Ask, We Answer” video series to provide information on navigating the visa application process. The series features short videos starring Ambassador Dan Shapiro and members of the Consular staff. The goal behind the videos is to better inform the Israeli public about navigating the process for receiving a visa to the United States.

“It’s important to us that visa applicants have clear information to help make the process as easy as possible,” said David Schwartz, Consul General at the U.S. Embassy. “At the same time, we wanted to provide this information in a fun, entertaining, and engaging way, so we focused on answering the most common questions we receive from our applicants.”

The short videos will be posted on the Embassy’s official website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and Twitter account.

In addition to this series, the Embassy’s visa section continues to provide customer service regarding visa applications through a variety of channels, including a dedicated e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.),

the Embassy Facebook page,

and a telephone hotline (03-905-8062).
