LIVE! Broadcast of Embassy Independence Day Bash

Details

The U.S. Embassy’s official Independence Day reception will be broadcast live on the internet via high-speed upload directly from the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador to Israel in Herzliya on Tuesday, July 3, 2012.

 

 

The broadcast will include exclusive coverage of the VIP’s arrival, the full precession, including speeches by Ambassador Dan Shapiro, President Shimon Peres, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the fireworks display, and an inside scoop of the festivities.

 

 

 

 

Coverage begins at 7:00 pm local time (noon EST).  A test of the feed will be conducted at 6:00 pm (11:00 am EST).

 

The live feed can be seen and picked up from the State Dept. co.nx platform, on a dedicated UStream channel, and the embassy’s facebook page.

 

Blogs and websites are encouraged to embed the feed and share the broadcast.
