On the 40th anniversary of the abduction and massacre of the 11 Israeli athletes by Palestinian terrorists at the 1972 Munich Olympics, commemoration ceremonies will be held on Wednesday, September 5th 2012, at the Munich Olympic compound and at the military airport of Fürstenfeldbruck, scene of the massacre.
