On Tuesday evening, 18th of November, the Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to the State of Israel, H.E. Rabbi Axel Wahnish hosted a conference at the Friends of Zion Museum in Jerusalem entitled "Interfaith - Coexistence: The Cases of Argentina and Israel".

Argentina's Minister of Worship and Civilization, the de facto Minister of Religious Affairs, H.E. Mr. Nahuel Sotelo was the guest of honour who arrived in Israel especially for this event. 
 
In an adjoining room, prior to the ceremony, guests enjoyed interacting with each other where soft drinks and refreshments were served.  
 
The Master of Ceremonies, Ms. Nicole Mischel, warmly welcomes everyone present. There is no better place to celebrate this event than at the Friends of Zion Museum which was established in 2015 by Dr. Mike Evans with the aim of creating a bridge between the Christian world and the State of Israel as well as the Jewish people. Over the years the Museum has become a warm home for lovers of Israel coming from around the world.  
 
Two short videos, one showcasing the activities of the Friends of Zion Museum and the other, about The Argentine Republic's President, H.E. Mr. Javier Gerardo Milei was shown. 
 
H.E. Mr. Nahuel Sotelo became a member of Argentina's parliament at the age of 23, a Minister in President Milei government at the age of 29 and recently published a book in Spanish.
 
Mr. Daniel Volczek, General Manager of the Friends of Zion Museum said that the greatest challenge of the 21st century is the lack of coexistence. In addition to the aforementioned he said the establishment of pillars of security and stability in the international global system is imperative.      
 
Mr. Michael Malkieli, a former Minister of Religious Affairs and current member of Knesset said that few cities in the world can boast of a history as rich as that of Jerusalem as it is the cradle of the three monotheistic faiths.     
 
The Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to the State of Israel, H.E. Rabbi Axel Wahnish mentioned the importance of diplomacy leading the way with international unity being a fundamental aspect.
 
Two guitarists played and sang, including a few Argentinian songs, warming the hearts of all expatriates present. 
 
Among the guests present was the Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala, H.E.Mrs. Ava Atzum Arévalo de Moscoso, Mr. Jonathan Majburd, CEO of a public relations company specializing in international advocacy primarily in Meso and Latin America, Mr. Ilan Majburd who is a student at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem of Arabic Literature and Middle Eastern studies, Father Marcelo Ariel from the Custodia of the Holy Land in Bethlehem, Sisters Ana Carrizo and Susana Ibarraran from the Latin Patriarchate in Bethlehem, Mr. Eric Hecht, CEO of Negitech, a company advising governments in implementing policies based on the Israeli model regarding universal accessibility for disabled people ,Mr. Leon Amiras, a lawyer and Dr. Daniel Gustavo Perednik who lectures Philosophy at Herzog College in Alon Shvut.
